Though Delroy Washington released little music during his time of activity in the mid- to late '70s, listeners later grew to appreciate his undervalued vocal talent. Born in Jamaica but bred in the U.K., Washington debuted on Front Line Records with I Sus in 1976, followed by Rasta a year later. Front Line reissued both in the early 2000s. ~ Jason Birchmeier
