In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is singing in a service and breaking down crying nervously as a child. My uncle came to the front, encouraged me and from then on my boldness and confidence on stage was never the same. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Kanye West, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy Michael Jackson, Thriller Prince & The Revolution, Purple Rain I chose these 3 albums because in my opinion they are no skip albums. They represent an authenticity, originality and groove that are unmatched in their own way. I endeavor to create timeless musical work in this same way. Tell us why you chose this song. “Rose of Sharon” This is the song that changed my musical journey and propelled me to create at a higher level. The song and the video alike represent a change in my music forever. I'll never be the same after creating this song. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My most memorable moment was in 2020 when I had a live show in NYC. The fans are so raw and honest there. It was amazing that I rocked with my music because I know they did it from a pure place as it was there first time ever seeing me live there. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'm on a mission bigger than me so all I can say is stay tuned.
