In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was 6 years old, we visited a family friend for dinner, and they had a piano. I sat there and played that piano all night - fascinated. My mom, who played a little, taught me "Chopsticks" that night and I was hooked on playing music. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Chris Stapleton, Traveller Edwin McCain, Misguided Roses Foy Vance, Joy of Nothing My favorite album from each of my 3 favorite artists. Tell us why you chose this song. “Racing the Sun” "Racing The Sun" paints a picture....it's a driving song, it's a love song, and it takes me to a sunset driving west on a Texas Hill Country road. I got the opportunity to record it at legendary FAME Studio in Muscle Shoals. Great memories. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I played a show "in the round" at the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville alongside Tony Arata. Tony wrote Garth Brooks' hit "The Dance." That night, I swapped songs with him and 2 other writers, and I had the best seat in the house when Tony sang that song. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? If I were to choose just one bucket list item, I'd have to say I'd love to headline a sellout show at The Ryman in Nashville.
