In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember downloading songs from Limewire onto my sister's iPod Classic. Songs like Heartless by Kanye West, Don't Matter by Akon, Gimme That by Chris Brown, or Let Me Love You by Mario. I also grew up playing violin, which helped my musical ear. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Cal Scruby, While You Were Sleeping Drake, Nothing Was the Same (Deluxe) Kendrick Lamar, good kid, m.A.A.d city (Deluxe) I think each of these albums played a huge role in my artist development, each in different parts of my life. My favorites evolve and change, so this might differ in a few months. All-time favorites nonetheless. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Game of Life” I wrote this song with Dish Srini and Joel David in memory of a passed friend during 2020. It was an incredibly difficult time for his family, as well as all of us, and we wanted to write a song that released the grief and anguish from his passing. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I performed at a festival at The Ohio State University in front of my friends and 100+ students. It was an incredible moment that I'll never forget, filled with jitters and excitement. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'd like to produce an entire song and, eventually, album by myself. I learn something new every day, but I feel that I won't be 100% pleased with my end product until I create everything from scratch.
