I loved nursery rhymes as a child so when I heard Grand Master Flash and The Furious Five's The Message, I couldn't believe that a music form existed of my favorite thing. I always loved playing with words. I had to be a part of it What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Chisenga, Officer in Charge Chisenga, Rhythm and Poetry Michael Jackson, Thriller I love my album Officer in Charge because it was my launch pad while Rhythm and Poetry is my second favorite as I used a very conceptual and artistic approach from the cover art to songs like Lockdown and Chateu Petrus. When I went to Interscope Records trying to meet with Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine. I got escorted out by security who said that I was not allowed to pass my business cards around the office as I was doing. Never got to meet them but it is a great story. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I have rebranded and, I am now known as CHISENGA. I want to work with Eminem and Dr. Dre and tour the world with my music, doing really great shows.
