About CRi
A Canadian electronic musician and producer, CRi (aka Christophe Dubé) is known for his dreamy yet infectious dance-pop and dubstep sound. He came to wider public attention with his Juno-nominated 2017 EP Someone Else. Hailing from Quebec, Dubé was a member of the hip-hop group Feuilles et Racines before embarking on his solo career. He debuted as CRi with the EPs Eclipse in 2013, followed by Oda in 2014. Several more EPs followed, including 2016's Tell Her and 2017's Someone Else; the latter garnered a Juno Award nomination for Electronic Album of the Year. A fourth EP, Initial, arrived in 2019. Also that year, he paired with singer Charlotte Cardin for a cover of Daniel Bélanger's "Fous N'importe Où," which was included on his 2020 album Signal. ~ Matt Collar
