In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. As a child, I would place a tape recorder next to the family television set and record Scooby Doo episodes. I had a catalog of the various episodes, and would listen to them at night as sort of radio drama/proto-podcast. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Cabaret Voltaire, The Covenant, the Sword and the Arm of the Lord For some reason this album really felt like the future had arrived to me — the combination of found sound, overtly synthetic sounds, broken robot funk and whispered lyrics. That first track L21st still sounds fresh. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Ritual Apologetics” This song was almost used for a film trailer (of a director I respect), which is the closest I've come to musical success. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Just releasing my first EP was a monumental achievement — having listened and loved music my whole life, I never thought I would make any, let alone release it for others to listen to.
