He was definitely my first musical influence. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Anderson .Paak, Malibu Lee Fields, The Expressions, Faithful Man Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings, Give the People What They Want Sharon Jones is my absolute idol. I love all her albums but this one holds a special place in my heart I had Malibu by Anderson Paak on repeat for months! My first introduction to him Lee Fields has a voice of steel! Tell us why you chose this song. “Times Have Changed” This is a very personal and therapeutic song for me and reminds me to bet on myself a little more. I think a lot of folks can relate to the message and I hope it encourages them to do the same! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Back in 2015, the Dap-Kings crashed a private house party gig that I was playing in Toronto and I got to jam with them til late. The next day I ended up singing backgrounds for Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings when one of their singers couldn't make it. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want to tour as many places as I can- specifically the UK & Europe. Just continue to make music that I love and share it with the world.
