In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The first memory that sticks out to me is sitting in the backseat of my Grandpa's car, rapping along to songs word for word. I had to be like 6 or 7 years old, and the rest of my family just looked at me like, "how did you learn that?" What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Frank Ocean, Blonde Kendrick Lamar, good kid, m.A.A.d city Lauryn Hill, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill There are so many great albums that shaped who I am as an artist, but these albums really opened up my world and lived with me everyday. Every time I listen, I feel connected, I feel like I'm growing, and I'm in complete awe. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Shine” This song is one of my most therapeutic moments I've had while making a song. I love that at times it feels like I'm stumbling around the beat as I find the balance between reflection and growth. It feels like real life. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Doing the Pop-Up gallery & listening party for the release of album, LOS, was a cathartic moment for me. It was a room filled with genuine people sharing a genuine connection. Sharing music within the community is as close as you can get to purity. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? There are so many goals I still have as an artist. Some of the ones I'm looking forward to most at the moment are: headlining an international tour, having a #1 album, & creating new ways for fans to have physical experiences with music.
