In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I first started to listening to hip-hop when I heard a tape of DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince. I loved the fun they had with each song. The scratching was something I had never heard before and combined with those drum beats, I was hooked.
