About Cambry H
In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memory has to be when Fanmail by TLC came out. I was so obsessed with their sound and their aesthetic as a kid so it's always stuck with me. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Azealia Banks, Broke with Expensive Taste Kelela, Take Me Apart Miguel, Wildheart (Deluxe) These albums are been either very influential in what I'm creating, or at least opened my eyes up to different styles sonically. I love experimental R&B and genre blending, and I also love the fact these albums stood out in their respective genres. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Some of Your Love [feat. Ye Ali] ('97 Remix)” This was probably the most fun thing to create when I remixed this song. This reminds me of childhood and how much our summer trips to Atlanta influenced my sound. I had never made anything upbeat until this point so I wanted to make it fun. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Having one of my songs up on a billboard in Times Square. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I really don't have a bucket list. I believe that what's meant for me will happen. I just love creating things that I believe in, and hopefully people resonate with it enough for new doors and opportunities to open up for me.
