My mom would wear out Celine Dion's "Falling Into You" album driving around with me in the backseat on her daily adventures, both of us belting the big notes, but I can remember being drawn to her control and tone more than anything. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Maxwell, Maxwell Mtv Unplugged Nothing But Thieves, Broken Machine (Deluxe) Ray LaMontagne, Gossip In The Grain It's Simple. Storytelling. Each of these albums I can listen to straight through and never tire of their honest plea's & passionate truths, sung from such and deep and authentic place in their soul. I wrote it at a time when I was away, and had never longed for the place and people who raised me so deeply. It set's the tone for all my music to come.
