I remember being a little kid and my brother forced me to stay down stairs and listen to Jay-Z's "Hard Knock Life" album with him. I didn't want him to think I was a little softy. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Arcade Fire, The Suburbs JAY-Z, Reasonable Doubt Kate Bush, Hounds of Love (2018 Remaster) Each of these albums reshaped the way I looked at music and the creative process. They have been building blocks in my current approach to genre-bending. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Blue Marble Gamble” I wanted to create this regal, celebratory song about beating thoughts of ending your own life. The synth chords and the groove are stadium status, mazel tov! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Playing Arlene's Grocery in NYC, getting to jam on the same stage as Arcade Fire when they first started out. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Conquering the world, no big deal. Oh, and bringing my cat to the Grammys.
