In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My family had a piano in the living room when I was a wee lad. One time my mom came down while I was goofin' around with it and said "did you make that up?" I still regret not taking her offer to put me in lessons. I started drums a few years later. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Big Thief, Dragon New Warm Mountain I Believe in You Duff Thompson, Haywire Kevin Morby, Oh My God New Dragon was really eye opening for me in the way that it blends together so many styles and influences, Oh My God has some of my favorite mixing and instrumentation and Duff Thompsons' vocals in haywire give me goosebumps with how raw they sound Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Less Blue” This was the first song I ever released that resembles my current style. I recorded everything with a 20 dollar microphone on a school night. It did way better than I expected, and it's now one of my favorite songs to perform live. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? A couple of my friends got married recently, and played my song "Miss Luna" for their first dance. I cried. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Performing with a full band. Getting every element I add in a studio setting translated to a stage.
