In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My very first recording setup was a Logitech headset microphone taped to a broomstick which I jammed into a shoebox so it would stand up. For a pop filter, my mom helped me cut up an old Under Armour shirt and we attached it to a wired hanger. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Frank Ocean, channel ORANGE Ramp, Come Into Knowledge Stereolab, Dots and Loops These 3 albums pretty much inspired me to become an artist and evolve in my craft. I heard much of myself in Frank's voice and Roy's soulful composition. The level of creativity demonstrated by Stereolab opened my eyes to new writing approaches. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Receiving my first film placement was a very cool moment to witness. An unreleased track of mine playing as the credits roll was an incredible feeling. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? A Roy Ayers or Stereolab collaboration would be life changing. But also touring Japan is definitely on my bucket list. I really just want to travel and experience the world while playing my tunes to lovely people from all over.
