In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Growing up, the area that I lived in had 2 radio stations that we got clearly, country music and oldies. I always gravitated to the oldies station and fell in love with the sounds of The Beach Boys and The Beatles and all the music from that era. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Andrew Bird, Armchair Apocrypha Sufjan Stevens, The Age of Adz The Beach Boys, Pet Sounds To me, these 3 albums encompass musical experimentation to the fullest extent. These artists dove into the depths of their creativity to make albums that differed from the norm exploring different realms of genre to create chaotic masterpieces. Tell us why you chose this song. “Back To Nashville” This song is about a time in my life where I had experienced heartbreak and failure and decided to return home to Nashville, TN to start over. The irony of it all is that Nashville is a place where many come only to have their dreams shattered. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the most memorable moments in my career so far is when my song, That's When You'll Know, hit 10,000 plays on streaming services as a completely independent artist. Knowing my music is being played & enjoyed all over the world is a true honor. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'd love to work on an album with Tyler The Creator. I love his production style and the work he has done with other artists. I'd also love to work with Jack White.
