In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was 7, living in Germany without TV, my dad’s records sparked my imagination. Tug of War by Paul McCartney changed my life. I was captivated by the melodies and storytelling. That album inspired my journey as a musician. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Frank Sinatra, Sinatra At the Sands Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Will the Circle Be Unbroken The Beatles, Abbey Road (Remastered) Abbey Road is pure perfection and inspires me every time. Will The Circle Be Unbroken connects generations through timeless roots music. Sinatra at the Sands captures unmatched live energy and charisma, reminding me of music's power to move us. Tell us why you chose this song. “Wait a Bit Longer Now” I imagined a song penned by Buddy Holly if he had lived to write for his friend Elvis, backed by The White Album Beatles and the raw energy of the 1970s Rolling Stones. The result is something that feels both timeless and completely unique. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Realizing how far music has taken my brothers and me—from being kids growing up as part of a military family to being honored in the Nebraska Music Hall of Fame. It all started with our dad, who introduced us to the music of rock legends. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Collaborating with one of my musical heroes. Whether it’s writing a song, sharing a stage, or even just swapping stories, working with legends like Paul McCartney or Ben Folds would be a full-circle moment for me as an artist.
