In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is hearing the song "rimshot" by Erykah Badu off her live album. It’s one of my dads favourite albums.  I must have been 3 or 4, and I remember the sun flooding my kitchen in the morning as it played. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Born Ruffians, Red, Yellow & Blue Charlie Parker, Bird with Strings Haley Heynderickx, I Need to Start a Garden There are not the albums I think are the best of all time, but the albums that have influenced me the most deeply in this current moment. Tell us why you chose this song. “Slacker” Slacker was written much more loosely than I normal write songs. If a line made me smile or chuckle, I would use it. It uses playfulness to get at something deeper. It doesn’t take itself to seriously. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Most memorable moment of my career was when I was playing guitar for Jonah Yano and we went on tour opening for Clairo. The crowds were so amazing and generous to us.
