In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was 13 or 14 and had just sort of gotten over the hump of teaching myself guitar when I got Nevermind by Nirvana and The Best of Cream on CD. I listened to those records constantly all summer and that really set the tone for my guitar style What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Arctic Monkeys, AM Interpol, Turn On the Bright Lights Nirvana, Nevermind I have a real soft spot for Nevermind, it was the first album I got super into. Turn on the Bright Lights by Interpol is one of those records I never get tired of, and AM is just such a great rock album by one of my favorite bands. Tell us why you chose this song. “Fly Away” Fly Away off my second full-length album Bull in a China Shop is a song that I'm especially proud of. Figuring out how to make a more laid back track with more intimate instrumentation was a fun challenge and I really like how it turned out.
