In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I used to make my own shows in my basement with my sisters and cousins… we were called “The Cadillac Cousins." And I'd sing with my Dad while he played songs by artist like Peter, Paul and Mary on his guitar. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Carry On” I wrote "Carry On" about my grandma, during a difficult time in my life. It has an extremely unique part (bridge) with a melody she used sing at the top of her lungs for the whole world to hear. "Hi Oh..." It makes the song really special to me. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I called over 60 times, but I got a spot to play at the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville! That was my first open mic I’d ever done. I played "Carry On," and recorded it at the Ryman Auditorium the next day. I've since released it as my first single. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Doing a duet with Dolly Parton, and Katy Perry, and Adele... I'm not sure if at the same time, but definitely that's on my bucket list.
