About Anjulie

Anjulie is a Canadian singer/songwriter with a diverse cultural background as well as an eclectic musical style, blending elements of dance-pop, R&B, funk, and new wave into her hook-filled, radio-ready sound. She formed a songwriting bond with Jon Levine of Canadian soul group Philosopher Kings, and the two worked on Anjulie's self-titled 2009 debut album, as well as songs for Kreesha Turner, Cher Lloyd, Esthero, and others. Following the release of her debut album, Anjulie scored additional hit singles in Canada (most notably 2011's "Brand New Bitch," which was certified platinum), and co-wrote songs for Kelly Clarkson, Icona Pop, and Nicki Minaj. ~ Paul Simpson
