In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My (Jacob) band was playing a show, and right before we went on I got sick. I was throwing up, & stuck on the toilet at the same time, beyond our start time. Dawn happened to be at the show. We hadn't met yet, and thankfully did not meet that day. Tell us why you chose this song. “Belong Together” When our marriage was falling apart, Dawn learned piano, and wrote a song to Jacob and sent him a video of her playing/singing it. This inspired him to start writing again, & we wrote songs about each other and sent them back and forth.
