In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I can still remember the first time I ever heard James Taylor. I was around 5 years old and my Dad played me Mud Slide Slim on vinyl. From that moment on, I was hooked on songwriting and have never looked back since. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? David Gray, White Ladder Death Cab for Cutie, Plans Maggie Rogers, Heard It in a Past Life These 3 albums have played a critical role in my evolution as a songwriter, with each one finding it's way into my life at different points in my career. Tell us why you chose this song. “Churchill” On my Nanny's way to England to study music, she met a man named Joe. Although both had partners waiting for them back home, they met up at a clocktower in Piccadilly Circus a few days later and never looked back. He would become my grandfather. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Performing at Tønder Festival in Denmark in August 2023 was truly one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Such a beautiful festival and such an amazing audience! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Honestly, I still have so much left on my bucket list, and keep adding to it every day.
