I remember it like yesterday, waking up mid-day to 106 & Park, experiencing all of the classic music videos on the 90's & 2000s. Coming from Southpark of Houston, TX, music surrounded me--literally. If not 106 & Park, DJ Screw played outside daily. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? JAY-Z, The Blueprint 2: The Gift & the Curse Kanye West, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy Kid Cudi, Man On the Moon, Vol. II: The Legend of Mr. Rager (Deluxe Version) These albums helped sculpt who I have become. Hov kept me business minded and conscious of where I should stand next to anyone. Kid Cudi pushed me through high school and all of the personals. But Ye, brought the confidence out of my every move. Dj Candlestick] (Chopnotslop Remix)” I wrote this song in front of Donnie Houston who produced it, as an acceptance to an unspoken challenge. This song was my first proven testament to my songwriting abilities, and the direction I began to take with my sound and brand. Player. Forever.
