In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. For my amusement, my uncle would drive me through the dips in the backstreets of my city while playing music. At around 3 years old, I remember bobbing my head to the sound of System of a Down, in my car seat. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? JID, The Forever Story System Of A Down, Toxicity Bonus Track Version XXXTENTACION, 17 There's a seam uniting all of the albums I chose. They have a diverse soundscape, make a mood distinct and palpable, and are incredibly engaging. In each of the albums, you enter into a gallery of the emotions they painted. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “After Swimming With Icarus” This was the first song for which I made the beat. Every sound in the piece was composed from scratch. With it, I established a new artistic workflow. Also, the structure and content of the song were deeply satisfying, both to listen to and create. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Going to Switzerland to film the music videos for A Prance Amidst Chrysanthemums and Retrospection was remarkable. I tested and refined a lot of valuable workflows and gathered a trove of content to share with my following. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want to experiment with my music performance. There is much to be learned and experienced on the stage.
