Romain Dumas

Conductor Romain Dumas is also active as a composer, with major orchestral commissions to his credit. His compositions won several important prizes, and he serves as assistant conductor of the Bordeaux National Opera. Dumas is also the founder and artistic director of the chamber ensemble Les Bagatelles. He has made several recordings as a conductor, including one of Offenbach's operetta La vie parisienne.
