The second installment of Jungle’s Sunshine Stereo mix series scours all corners of music in search of tunes to brighten your day and warm your soul. It’s a mission that takes the London duo from Bahia in the ’60s (with Quarteto Em Cy) to modern-day Versailles (Phoenix), stopping in Hamburg (Bacao Rhythm & Steel Band), Nashville (Magic In Threes), and Auckland/Tāmaki Makaurau (The Circling Sun) along the way. “To continue on our journey of sunshine discovery we felt this mix would be well suited to help beckon the sun gods from their slumber with a mix of old soul, bossa nova, and disco, then proceeding further into the realm of dance electronica to get those feet moving,” Jungle tell Apple Music.
