Chicago's Kid Sister has a ferociously funky postmodern throwback style and a knack for putting together goofy party songs influenced by old-schoolers like Salt-N-Pepa and JJ Fad, but she flirts with the tweaky production and fashion-forward steez of next-generation ladies M.I.A. and Santigold. She’s worked with Flosstradamus and A-Trak and had a hit song ("Pro Nails") with Kanye West. Kiss & Tell is a four-song joint that follows her recent Kiss Kiss Kiss mixtape. It finds her re-embracing her original style, with less of the Euro-dance style featured on the Ultraviolet album. She knows how to make catchy tunes loaded with sassy verses and machine-gun 808 beats. Highlights here are the big-ballin’ ode "Hide & Seek" with Riff Raff and the relentlessly spunky "Gucci Rag Top (Remix)” featuring Danny Brown.
