But halfway in, things take a turn toward techno as the laser zaps of Krystal Klear’s “Tun Valve” clear a path for Speedy J’s classic “De-Orbit” and AceMo’s lush, Detroit-inspired “Sequence of Life.” Only in the final stretch does Woolford open the floodgates for a rush of rolling jungle breaks—and when he does, it’s absolutely glorious, like a 747 lifting off above green, rolling hills against the most majestic orange sunset you’ve ever seen.
