The Burn Box

The Burn Box

Andrew and Brian Chaplin celebrate a decade at the forefront of pushing the boundaries of EDM-laced pop with their fourth album, The Burn Box. Equal parts familiarity and experimentation, this album finds Locnville flexing their signature electronic beats (“Cadillac”), and roping in trap soul singer, Khumz (“Trophy”), Ghanian alternative trailblazer and emPawa Africa alum, Bosom P-Yung (“Love for Nothing”) and one of South Africa’s premier house artist, Lady Zamar (“Waste Some Time”), while anchoring the record with their deep melodic vocal flow. Through bass-heavy melodies, acoustic elements, and distorted guitar riffs, the twins diversify their sound here to thrilling effect.
