DiVa

DIVA is a 15-piece all-female big band that made its debut on records on the Perfect Sound label. Founded by Stanley Kay and headed by drummer Sherri Maricle, the group includes altoist Carol Chaikin, Virginia Mayhew on tenor, and trumpeter Ingrid Jensen. ~ Scott Yanow
