Manan Bhardwaj

About Manan Bhardwaj

Manan Bhardwaj is one of the brightest stars in the post-millennial generation of filmi composers. His evocative and catchy songs add emotional punch to Bollywood’s dazzling action flicks and tender romantic comedies while taking on a second life as pop hits that soundtrack his fans’ lives. The singer, songwriter and producer, born in the northern Indian city of Gurgaon in 1987, began pursuing music at a young age. He found early success with 2016’s hip-hop-infused “Lamborghini” as part of a duo with Punjabi singer Rajat Deepak, releasing the music on his own label White Coffee, before writing music for films. His edgy Punjabi song “Arjan Vailly”, written for the blockbuster revenge saga Animal, became an internet sensation in 2023 before the film was even released. Over time he’s proved his versatility, injecting movies like Animal with high-octane energy and composing epic love themes such as “Oonchi Oonchi Deewarein” from Yaariyan 2.
