To celebrate the release of her album The More Beautiful, The More Invisible, Naiwen Yang presents “The Way of Daydreaming,” a playlist that speaks to the unlimited possibilities and strength within each of us. She tells Apple Music: “Fantasy and daydreaming, while born from the cruelty of life, can often be a source of self-exploration and discovery. In daydreams you can live as a new self—someone you’ve never been but can imagine being or becoming. Such beautiful dreams and personalities are of course imagined, but truth is born out of imagination. A primal aspect of human nature, daydreaming is our best defense mechanism and viable means of overcoming the difficulties of reality.”
