At age 16, Hong Kong singer-songwriter Agatha Kong—who goes by the stage name AGA—was frequently stopped by police for busking. ∙ Pop music producer Shuman discovered AGA when she was 21 and hired her to compose demos for him. ∙ She recorded a duet version of her single “One” with Hong Kong superstar Eason Chan, which they titled “One Plus One.” ∙ “One” was named Top 10 Song at the Ultimate Song Chart Awards and Most Played Song at the Metro Radio Hit Music Awards—Hong Kong’s top two award shows.
