About Cubicolor
Featuring Dutch producers Ariaan Olieroock and Peter Kriek and British singer-songwriter Tim Digby-Bell, the trio Cubicolor make highly cerebral electronic music that packs dance floors and tugs at the emotions. • Stylistically, the trio casts a wide net, floating between plaintive piano passages and vapory house music. • Originally a duo comprising Olieroock and Kriek, Cubicolor grew a head after Digby-Bell featured on the group’s haunting 2016 breakout single, “Falling”. • Famed BBC DJ Pete Tong named Cubicolor “ones to watch” during a 2014 Reddit Q&A. • Their 2016 debut album, Brainsugar, surpassed 40 million streams and earned widespread critical acclaim. • German DJ and producer Adam Port’s remix of Cubicolor’s 2018 single “No Dancers” appeared in the video game Grand Theft Auto Online: The Cayo Perico Heist in 2020. • The underground success of Cubicolor led to bookings at festivals like Amsterdam Dance Event, Nocturnal Wonderland and Electric Zoo. • The group returned in 2020 with their sophomore album, Hardly a Day, Hardly a Night.
