In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My grandma was listening to "You're Gonna Miss My Lovin" by Lou Rawls on her late 70's home stereo system. It was her favorite song. I could hear all the rhythms and layers of sounds pouring out of the speakers and it sounded beautiful. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Depeche Mode, Songs of Faith and Devotion The Cure, Disintegration 2010 Remaster U2, Achtung Baby These albums came out when I was a teenager and they were like nothing I had ever heard before. Suddenly it was okay to be a weirdo. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Enjoy the Silence” As a classically-trained piano playing kid, this was one of the first songs I learned to play on an actual synthesizer. Something inside me changed and I knew I wanted to make music like this. I have always loved Depeche Mode and this song. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The most memorable moments for me are creating songs in my studio, from start to finish: Having fun adding all the parts, and then finally mixing and releasing them out into the cosmos. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yes- I have a bucket of songs that need to be finished.
