About 13 Crowns

Effervescently fusing elements of pop, R&B, hip-hop, and soul, 13 Crowns are a family band from Southern California who first garnered national attention in 2018 with their Poo Bear-produced single, "Grateful." Comprising the seven eldest children of Haini Wolfgramm, bassist of the popular 1980s family band the Jets, and Sarah Wolfgramm, a former member of RCA-signed 1990s band Blush, 13 Crowns' members include singers Abraham and Tihane, bassist Isabella, guitarists Maikeli and Heinrich, keyboardist Eve, and drummer Nora. Encouraged by their parents to pursue their musical ambitions, the home-schooled siblings spent a number of years learning their instruments and honing their skills at their home in Redlands, California before coming into contact with producer Poo Bear (Justin Bieber, Jennifer Lopez). Claiming inspiration from acts like Earth, Wind & Fire, the Fugees, Bruno Mars, and Beyoncé, 13 Crowns began working with Poo Bear on their debut EP, emerging in early 2018 with their first single, "Grateful." ~ Timothy Monger
