Seefeel Essentials
Apple Music
Whether hauntingly atmospheric or thrillingly propulsive, few bands have combined indie rock and electronica as gorgeously as Seefeel. Formed in the early '90s, the pioneering post-rock group added the swirling psychedelic guitars of shoegaze to the hypnotic rhythms of experimental techno. Working with legendary electronica labels like Warp and Rephlex, Seefeel released a handful of essential albums and EPs before splitting in 1996 - with leader Mark Clifford going on to explore pure techno as Disjecta - but when they reformed in 2008, they sounded as singular and otherworldly as ever.
