Taiwanese singer/songwriter Queen Wei's strong vocal chops and rock ‘n' roll attitude make her stand out from the country's pop soloist scene. Wei was a top 10 finalist on the second season of the singing competition show One Million Star, performing clear-voiced, acoustic rock takes on classic Chinese pop as well as her own original songs. Since then she's released plenty of her dreamy power ballads and upbeat garage rock jams, and the seemingly disparate moods are united by her buttery smooth singing.
