The Living Tombstone

About The Living Tombstone

Combining rock and EDM, the “internet band” The Living Tombstone has built up a massive online following with their songs about video games and pop culture. • The Living Tombstone was originally the solo project of Israeli native Yoav Landau. He later added Sam Haft, whom he met at a mutual friend’s going-away karaoke party in New York City circa 2017. • Landau had grown up interested in gaming and music, while Haft had a background playing in comedy bands and doing writing for film and TV. • The band is perhaps best known for 2014’s “Five Nights at Freddy's,” inspired by the video game franchise of the same name. The song peaked just outside the Top 10 on Billboard’s Dance/Electronic Digital Song Sales chart. • In 2020, The Living Tombstone released their debut album, zero_one.
