Trauffer

Sometimes known as the "Alpentainer," Swiss musician Trauffer has become one of his country's most successful dialect-pop singers, consistently topping the charts with albums that combine tuneful Swiss-German pop with Alpine folk instrumentation. Beginning in 2014, Trauffer sent each of his subsequent albums, including 2018's triple-platinum Schnupf, Schnaps + Edelwyss, to number one, while selling out stadiums around the country. A pair of duo albums with Gölä fared just as well, after which Trauffer continued his solo career with two more chart-toppers including 2025's Heubode. He is also the owner of the Trauffer family toy business.
