Silly

In the '80s, Silly was one of the most influential rock bands in what was then the GDR, the eastern part of Germany. They developed a unique style of musical inventiveness in combination with lyrics which had the ability to express issues below the surface, an important talent for an artist to function and succeed within a dictatorship. ~ Frank Eisenhuth
