In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Some of my earliest memories are long car rides with my dad, listening to Phil Collins and Stevie Wonder. He later gave me a flash drive filled with music, and I spent countless after-school hours exploring every genre I could find. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? JAŸ-Z, 4:44 Knxwledge, 1988 Michael Jackson, Off the Wall Thriller is a timeless classic I never get tired of. 1988 by Knxwledge made me fall back in love with producing and expanded my taste. 4:44 by JAY-Z always reminds me why he’s one of the greatest with its honesty and storytelling. Tell us why you chose this song. “Silver Lining Lounge” Silver Lining Lounge was the track that started everything for this alias. I found an old 80s jazz CD at my hometown record store, heard a sample that grabbed me instantly, and it inspired my first real album, “Honey, Where’s My D’usse?” Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want to teach myself guitar and piano because the music I sample inspires me. I want to create anything I imagine without relying only on samples, explore new genres, and get more experimental with my sound.
