武満徹 / クセナキス　サントリーホール国際作曲委嘱シリーズ　Suntory Hall International Program for Music Composition Toru Ta

1986年10月のオープニングとともに始まった「サントリーホール国際作曲委嘱シリーズ」。武満徹(1986–98)、湯浅譲二(1999–2011)、細川俊夫(2012–)の監修のもと、世界の錚々たる作曲家たちが新作を発表するとともに、自身が影響を受けた過去の名曲も一緒に演奏してきました。そのラインナップを少しずつご紹介していきます。 今回は、シリーズ初回(1986年10月15日)の武満徹「ジェモー」と武満が影響を受けたドビュッシー「牧神の午後への前奏曲」、また第２回(1986年10月24日)のクセナキス「ホロス」と彼が影響を受けたメシアンの「クロノクロミー」をお聴きください。 （選曲・構成：林田直樹　音楽ジャーナリスト・評論家） ※「サントリーホール国際作曲委嘱シリーズ」について https://www.suntory.co.jp/suntoryhall/global/composers/numano.html “Suntory Hall International Program for Music Composition” began with the opening of Suntory Hall in October 1986. Under the supervision of Toru Takemitsu (1986–98), Joji Yuasa (1999–2011), and Toshio Hosokawa (2012–), this series has featured new works by esteemed contemporary composers worldwide, accompanied by performances of past masterpieces that have influenced these composers themselves. The lineup will be introduced gradually. On this playlist, we invite you to listen to “Gémeaux” by Toru Takemitsu alongside Claude Debussy’s “Prélude à l’après-midi d’un faune,” which served as an inspiration for Takemitsu.
