Maya Shenfeld

Berlin-based composer, sound artist, and guitarist Maya Shenfeld's work incorporates production methods common to experimental, popular, and classical music, and utilizes concepts and techniques such as microtonality, just intonality, and deep listening. Her 2022 debut album, In Free Fall, contains immersive compositions which fuse synthesizers, electronic loops, choral vocals, and acoustic instruments. Second album Under the Sun, a meditation on the natural world, arrived in 2024.
