Cathartic choruses, fiery riffs and raging vocals—none of Aleksandr Ivanov's other projects have created punk power quite like Rondo. Melding saxophones, keyboards and guitars into a burnished frenzy, they experiment on the perimeters of metal, jazz and rock. But it was the beautiful ethnic-rock ballad “Help You Fly” that catapulted Ivanov to widespread fame. The track hauntingly echoes LINKIN PARK's “In the End”, tracing the same melody, but transports it to a different musical plane—with angry, howling progressive rock and darkly poignant lyrics.
