Kotiteollisuus Essentials

Formed in 1991, Kotiteollisuus gradually rose to a position among the titans of Finland's heavy rock scene. Their album Tomusta ja Tuhkasta, released in 2000, broke into the top 40 of the Finnish charts, while Kuolleen Kukan Nimi, released in 2002, represented their first domestic top five. With lyrics exploring society, religion and the unique challenges of the human condition, Kotiteollisuus temper their diamond-edged rock with an attitude that toys with aloofness while always remaining engaging.
