In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I think my earliest musical memories come from playing Zelda: Ocarina of Time. That game really made me fall in love with music. Sometimes I'd boot up the game just to hear the music in the title screen, I wouldn't even play. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Aphex Twin, Selected Ambient Works, Vol. II Bon Iver, 22, A Million Protest the Hero, Kezia (Remaster) these are three albums I can always (and often) put on. SAW II is just so perfect to put on when I'm doing some sort of task. Kezia is just pure nostalgia to me, I know every note/drum hit on that record. 22, A Million is the best album ever made. All of my artist friends tell me it's their favourite, yet it's my least streamed across all platforms (hahaha). I wanted to showcase my love for ambient music and simplify my usual production approach What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? There's quite a few – I think getting to play at Coachella was a big one, it's just such a legendary festival. Playing internationally for the first time in Mexico, playing Red Rocks, and selling out my own headline show in LA based around my album. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Oh yeah, plenty. I want to release more albums and build on my discography. I want to tour more. A big goal of mine is to have music take me to places like Australia and New Zealand, and there are so many other festivals I still hope I get to play.
