Theuns Jordaan Essentials

Theuns Jordaan's debut single, a cover of Gert Vlok Nel's “Beautiful in Beaufort-Wes”, turned out to not only be more popular than the original, but it also made the man a household name overnight. After that the former industrial psychology student certainly had a lot to live up to. He was determined to prove himself as songwriter as well, and so he did just that, thanks to several self-penned follow-up hits—including “Soos Bloed”, “Jou Asem” and “Roeper van My Hart”. Our playlist shows how he succeeded in silencing his critics.
