Despite being purposedly the complete contrary of its successfull predecessors and being a pain to create, record and tour for according to Al Jourgensen, despite having both bad reviews and sales and, in the meantime being the highest charting album for the band, MINISTRY’s «Filth Pig» still remains a great mainstream Alternative Industrial Metal album with such hits as «Lay Lady Lady», «Filth Pig», «Crumbs» or the dramatically sad «The Fall».
